Football/Cheer Senior Breakfast

By: Emilee Cline
The RHS cheerleaders and senior football players have a tradition every year around senior night; they hold a breakfast sometime before the night of senior night. The breakfast starts early every year and before breakfast the cheerleaders and wake up the senior football players with noise makers, silly sting and even cool whip. The extremity of this has died down over the years,
but who really enjoys being woken up by cold cream whip and loud popping noises at 5 am.

This year the breakfast was held at junior Lexi Pierson’s house. The cheerleaders made yummy cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, and bacon. This tradition, followed by our last home game, is a great way to recognize the athletes’ and both teams’ senior season.
