Anyone who participated in games, dancing, socializing, and also enjoyed snacks and refreshments. Those who participated in games received Sonic and McDonalds coupons.

Royalty was crowned at approximately 9:00. This year the royalty was crowned by 2016 Barnwarming prince and princess, CJ Dana and Kolyn Scott. The 2017 prince and princess were juniors Shane Leakey and Tatum Vandiver. The 2017 King and Queen were seniors Mason Dugan and Lyssa Green. Royalty was voted on by the chapter during lunch periods.

The attendees concluded their night by dancing to two sing along songs, “Friends in Low Places” by Garth Brooks and “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey. “Barnwarming was a step up from last year. We had more attend and there was a lot more interaction between the members,” said Barnwarming chairperson Lexi Roberson.
