Tips on How to Get Better Sleep at Night

     Sleep is an essential part of life and if you’re not sleeping at night, you need to get that figured out because you could go completely insane in the membrane if you don’t start getting some quality sleep. So here are some tips on how to achieve better sleep.

  • Go to sleep before at least 11 p.m. Go to sleep at decent time, or else you will be counting down the hours till you will have to wake up. That’s no fun. Don’t do it, just go to sleep and dream about sheep playing monopoly.

  • Don’t think about all the things that went wrong during the day. Thinking about that will make you restless and aggravated. Just think about the good things; you will sleep better and it will help you to forget the bad things.
  • Showering before you go to bed is always a good plan. Showering before you sleep will leave you clean and comfortable. You won’t feel gross; you will feel squeaky clean and if you have acne that might help, because your gross face oil won’t be left all over the pillow.
  • Drink a glass of water before you go to bed. Drinking a glass of water before you sleep will keep you hydrated and refreshed throughout the night.
  • Drink Nyquil. Just down a whole bottle of Nyquil to help you sleep. I assure you it will definitely help you sleep. You could also eat a tide pod, because apparently that’s a good idea, so drinking a bottle of Nyquil is a good idea too. #forbiddenfruit  (**this is not actually recommended**)
