Senior Spotlight: Ashley Wilton

By Lennon Puls

Ashley Wilton lived in Richmond for only about eight months of her life. The rest of her life she has lived in Lexington. Ashley has been involved in softball, trapshooting, FFA, and Student Council for all four years of her high school career, along with two years of NHS, and three years of FCA. She enjoys all of the activities she is involved with, saying, “My favorite part is going to those activities and learning new things, as well as meeting new people.”

After high school, Ashley will be attending college at Missouri Valley, where her mom had attended college. While there, she will be majoring in biology with her emphasis on pre-vet, and will be on the college’s trapshooting team. She looks forward to doing this because she loves working with animals. She hopes to live on a farm one day and have a lot of animals. RHS wishes Ashley good luck as she goes into college next year, and into the rest of her life.
