Welcome and Thank You

Welcome to the Richmond R-XVI School District!

NEW - NEW - NEW - NEW - NEW - NEW
CENTRALIZED ENROLLMENT

RETURNING STUDENTS: Parents whose students were enrolled in Richmond R-XVI schools at the end of the school year last spring will be able to access the online forms through the PS Parent Portal using this link: POWERSCHOOL LOGIN LINK.

Parents are reminded that completion of the online enrollment forms is only the first step in the process.

Parents of returning students will need to attend the Centralized Enrollment that will be held at Richmond High School on Wednesday, August 9, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 10, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to complete the in-person forms and to confirm proof of residency.

Proof of Residency: Schools in the Richmond R-XVI School District were created for the children who live within the boundaries of the school district. The district does not accept out of district students. Beginning this year, as part of the Centralized Enrollment process, all parents will be asked to provide proof of residency in the district.

To confirm proof of residency in the school district, parents or guardians are asked bring with them at least two documents which show their current address. Any combination of the following documents will suffice: recent electric bill, natural gas bill, water bill, cell phone bill, driver’s license, and property tax statement.

STUDENTS NEW TO THE DISTRICT: Parents of students new to the district may
use THIS LINK to access the online enrollment forms for new students.

STUDENTS WHO WERE ENROLLED IN ANOTHER DISTRICT LAST YEAR: should
use THIS LINK to access the online enrollment forms.

PLEASE REMEMBER: There are four steps to the enrollment process for all students, returning or new.
Step One is completion of the online enrollment forms. This can be done ahead of time at home.
Steps Two through Four will need to be done at Richmond High School on Wednesday or Thursday, August 9 or 10. Enrollment will not be complete until all four steps have been completed.
