Staci believes that all children are different and unique. Her goal is to provide a stimulating safe environment where students grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Also, she wants to nurture an atmosphere where students can share their ideas and not be afraid to take risks to increase self-confidence and self-esteem. She wants students to know each of them have something to offer society, if they only rely on their strengths and believe in themselves.
Staci and her husband Dale have two boys, Benton (28), and Lane (24). They reside in Lawson, Missouri on Dale’s family farm. When not teaching or coaching she enjoys gardening, raking hay, riding motorcycles, working in her yard and mowing.
